How do I send a case straight to them?
Pick the design and their exact phone model, then enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. It ships to them directly.
I don’t know their phone model. What now?
On an iPhone it’s in Settings > General > About; on Android it’s in Settings > About phone. If you guess wrong, returns are free within 30 days.
Can you include a note or gift wrap?
No — we don’t add notes, gift wrap or gift receipts to the package. Make a free reveal card instead and text or print it.
When will it arrive?
Every case is made to order and ships within 48 business hours. Delivery after that depends on the carrier, so we don’t promise dates. For the holidays we recommend ordering by Dec 14.
What if they don’t like it?
Returns are free within 30 days.
Do the designs have words or quotes on them?
They are illustrations — books, lamps, windows, teacups — without slogans or quotes. One Book Club Night design has the words “Book Club” lettered at the top, and pages in the art may show tiny decorative lines of text.
