Delivery, refunds & license

Instant delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately. After checkout you reach a thank-you page with your download links, and the same links are emailed to the address you used at checkout. Most files are editable in free Canva or as print-ready PDFs/PNGs; specifics are listed on each product page.

Refund policy (digital goods)

Because downloads are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales of digital files are final once the files have been downloaded. If a file is corrupted, won't open, or isn't what was described, email support@shelfritual.shop within 14 days and we'll repair the file or make it right.

Print-on-demand items

Optional printed keepsakes are made to order. Production and shipping timelines are shown at checkout. Because they're personalized and produced on demand, they can't be cancelled once production begins, except in the case of a defect or printing error — which we'll replace.

License

You may use these designs for your own personal event, gift, or use, including printing as many copies as you need for that purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw editable/source files, and you may not claim the original artwork as your own. All designs are our original work and contain no copyrighted, trademarked, or third-party material.
